Bug: With PatternSkin, send feedback always points to TWiki.WebBottomBar

With PatternSkin, "Send feedback" always points to TWiki.WebBottomBar. The better topic to use would be the currently displayed topic.

Test case

Try sending feedback from your installation - TWiki.WebBottomBar is used in the subject for the mail sent (default preferences in TWiki.TWikiPreferences).

Fix record

In the WEBCOPYRIGHT setting in TWiki.TWikiPreferences, change %TOPIC% to %INCLUDINGTOPIC%, and change %WEB% to %INCLUDINGWEB%.

Whoops, the same thing goes for the %WEB% variable - it needs to be updated from %WEB% to %INCLUDINGWEB%. I just did that pr. reflex, but it needs to be updated here at twiki.org as well (in TWiki.TWikiPreferences).
