Bug: list of topics returned by WebTopicViewTemplate is incomplete

Test case

Typing "save" into the Go box yields 10 hits, while a topic name search from the WebSearch yields 20 hits.

Follow up

The similar topics list is just an approximation, it shows the first 10 hits. The idea is to not show 1000 simiar topics if someone enters 'it' or 'the' in the Go box. See discussion in TopicNotFoundInThisWeb.

Do you think the limit to 10 topics is too low?

Yes I think 10 is too low, 20 would be better, on the other hand someone else probably wants 50. The real problem is that there is no indication the list is (possibly) incomplete. If the limit is reached and only some of the matches have been printed there should be a link to retrieve the rest of them (or the next set).

Fix record

Changed TWiki.WebTopicViewTemplate and TWiki.WebTopicNonWikiTemplate to have a linked "..." after the list, giving a hint that there is more.
