TWiki is perl, and perl is conventionally distributed in CPAN. However:
  • TWiki is not a namespace on CPAN
  • TWiki does not install to the 'standard' places
  • TWiki installs as much data as it does code
all of which make a TWiki CPAN distribution difficult. Any practical contributions to solving this are welcome.....
