Bug: The TOC links don't work if two sections have the same name
If a topic has many identical sections, then the links made for those sections in the TOC will all take the user to the first one. IMHO the links should have some unique number appended to them in this case.

My bad; I checked the "open bugs" list below
BugReport, but
TocUniqueName wasn't there. Is there somewhere else I should be looking to find a list of open bugs?

TocUniqueName was filed as a patch, not a bug. That is the reason why it is not listed. Don't worry about duplicates, better to get feedback
