Problem
I'm investigating knowledge base software. I've got a giant database of trouble tickets that I'd like to import to someplace searchable that I can also create a topic directory. Is a Wiki really the place to put structured data? Or is it more a place to capture and collaborate on bits of knowledge?
Solution
It may be both. I'm going to keep exploring.

I really like the "Changes" report from the subnav. That could be a good daily habit for users looking to stay abreast of an organizations evolving knowledge.
