What purpose does this topic serve? Is this different from the "Recently modified Plugins" list in PluginPackage, ContribPackage, AddOnPackage? If this applies to the latest TWiki release it is better to give it a descriptive name, and to pull the actual version string instead of the topic date. The extension topics may get updated without a new upload.
