Question

The problem is straight forward. If there are NO TWikiAccessControls in use, the attachments appear as normal in a table on the page. When I apply ANY type of user/group controls (* Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE, * Set ALLOWTOPICVIEW, etc...) the table disappears and the attachements are only visible if you go to attach another file, then you see the other existing attachments. I'm not sure if it's an issue, but I am using a skin (GnuSkinPlugin 1.2)

closing accesscontrol statements w/ "--!>" causes attachments to disappear!
