Now look into the webserver error log. You did not specify what webserver and OS you are using. Please read the SupportGuidelines and provide more details.

Marc, you really, really must provide some more information. Without knowing what error is reported in the server error log it is impossible to help you.

Please help me, I need to install some Plugins.

I found the following part:

# Limit access to configure to specific IP addresses and or users. # Make sure configure is not open to the general public. # The configure script is designed for administrators only. # The script itself and the information it reveals can be abused by # attackers if not properly protected against public access. SetHandler cgi-script Order Deny,Allow Deny from all Allow from 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.10 Require user {Administrators} Satisfy Any

in .htaccess.txt

Does this prevents me from running configure.pl ?

Is there anyone who can help me out? Maybe through IM ?

The apache config is ok, if you have acess to the linux machine running twiki, checkout also what is the type of authentication you're using in your twiki instalation. For better support, try the twiki irc channel at irc.freenode.net, maybe then you can provide a better description of your problem.
