Question

I try enable or disable plugins from the configuration screen without problems (no errors occur) but it doesn't actually have any effect. I see the changes in LocalSite.cfg file but that is it.

This has occured since trying to install the ActionTrackerPlugin and updating CPAN.

Are you running with mod_perl or speedy_cgi? You may need to restart your apache server.

Figured it out.. Yes I needed to restart apache. Thanks. Also changed ownership of unpacked files.
