Question
In the step 1 of installation document, for "Test that the twiki/bin directory is CGI-enabled by trying visiting it in your browser", I tried with this url,
http://127.0.0.1/twiki/bin/
.
I am displayed with the following message:
Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

Answer
There is likely something wrong with your apache configuration, a mistyped path for example. Check the apache error log and make sure the file paths specified in
twiki/bin/setlib.cfg and
twiki/lib/TWiki.cfg agree with the apache config for the twiki Directories and/or Virtual Host section.
