Question

I deleted the Main web, as I wanted the TWiki to default to another web. Now I am getting problems and need it back. When I go to ManageWebs I get the error "Access check on ManagingWebs failed. Action "MANAGE": access not allowed on web. " When logged in as TWikiAdmin.

How do I resore this Web or force another web to be the default for when you hit the IP of the server?

to restore, just copy the data/Main and pub/Main from the 4.0.4 release archive, or to set another web, goto configure and change {MainWeb}. I recomend you copy the directories - as changing the MainWeb is an EXPERT setting that has side effects
