Hello,

Why does

• Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = AWeb.AGroup

work fine, while

• Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = %WEB%.AGroup

does noting? How can I create dynamic ACL rules?

All groups should be defined in the Main web. You can use a convention for naming if you want to create dynamic groups, such as a Main.FooWebGroup for the Foo web, and a Main.BarWebGroup for the Bar web, etc.
