Question

Hi all, I am not able to see the Edit button for editing a page on a web that uses NAT. Everytime I have to edit a page I have to replace the view.cgi in the URL for the page with edit.cgi.

Will appreciate if I can get some help on this issue.

Thanks, Rajeev.

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x00x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Unix
Web server: Apache
Perl version:
Client OS: Windows XP Prof
Web Browser: IE 6
Categories: Skin

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

I see this content for the NatSkinPlugin related to my issue above. Since I am not an expert in TWIKI I will really appreciate if I can get a direction on how to use this.

Thanks,

USERACTIONS Syntax: %USERACTIONS% display Edit|Attach|Move|Raw|Diffs|More when logged in and an empty string for TWikiGuest

That's the default behaviour given write access for TWikiGuest is disabled, USERACTIONS does not expand to Edit|Attach|Move|Raw|Diffs|More but to Login|Register . As soon as you are authenticated USERACTIONS is just fine, IMHO. If you don't like this default behaviour then customize TWiki.TWikiWebTopicActions at your will.
