Question

I believe the documentation for WebNotify is incorrect. It states that a WikiName or an email address can be used for mail notification. This does not appear to be correct. An email address fails the VIEW permission check in WebNotify::processChange and no emails are sent. A WikiName succeeds.

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x02x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: RHEL
Web server: Apache
Perl version: 5.8.5
Client OS: XP
Web Browser: FireFox
