Question

I was having problems with RCS so I decided to uninstall TWiki. I was never able to delete c:/twiki/data's *.txt,v files getting "permission denied" message within Cygwin. Through neither Windows nor Cygwin can I delete these files. The files seem to be own by Cygwin's root but Cygwin doesn't let me log root nor su. Stopping Apache or uninstalling RCS doesn’t change anything. Any idea how to delete these files?
