Question

I'm trying to figure out how to make the HeadlinesPlugin work through a web proxy. All our external HTTP requests must go through the proxy, otherwise I get the error message (when viewing the HeadlinesPlugin topic):

HeadlinesPlugin: Can't read http://slashdot.org/slashdot.rdf (TWiki::Net::getUrl connect: Connection timed out)

Did anybody try/solve this before? Tnx!

Answer

It looks like you'd need to upgrade to TWikiRelease01Feb2003, which does support proxis.
