question 1 how do i change its config? as its says below that i need to?

question 2 where do i type "apache -k restart -n apache" ?

"To restart Apache after changing its config, type:

* apache -k restart for standalone Apache process running in another window * apache -k restart -n apache for Apache running as a Win2000 service (-n gives name of service)

Another useful command is apache -k stop."

thankyou folks for the experience. i have had to abort twiki. i do not know what to do. have spent 3 hours, going carefully step by step and got stuck again at cigwin installation. cant go any further. it is a pity. i have been looking forward to twiki for just on 2 years. bye all. have fun.
