Question

I am upgrading Twiki3 to Twiki4. I have trouble to get the look and feel right. The orgnisation logo has a missing bottom and stuck in the middle with different color. In TWiki3 I modified layout.css and style.css by adusting the twikiTopBar background color and twikiTopBar and twikiLeftBar height. How can I do the same adjustment in the TWiki4?

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x00x04
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS:  
Web server: Apache1.33
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: solaris
Web Browser: IE 6
