We want to develop a KM system for our internal functions. I wanted to know what will be the first step in creating this application and what all utilities are avail within Twiki for development. You can prob guide me to any reference material avail also. thanks,Priya

Answer

I'd start with TWikiForms and add some FormattedSearch for reporting. There is an (outdated) knowledge base app in the Know web.

To get more ideas browse through some sample applications listed in Sandbox. See also TWikiApplication.

The TWikiCommunity would benefit if someone packages a KB application as an AddOnPackage or TWikiAppPackage.
