Check the Apache error_log; possible missing Perl libraries?

This is the error message in the apache log.. Could you please check if this is the error causing the 500Error in the browser? if so how can I solve it?

This could be a bug. Same error was reported in
Bugs:Item3205
,
Bugs:Item3511
,
Bugs:Item3112
and
Bugs:Item3094
. All related to TWiki 4.1.0.
I suggest to upgrade to TWiki 4.1.1 (full package available now; an easy upgrade package will be made available within the next two days.) Please report back if this fixes the issue.

That message is nothing to do with Wysiwyg (it comes from the
configure script). There must be another error in the log that relates to Wysiwyg.
