Question
Intermittently, topics turn up that are missing large chunks of content from the current revision. If I look at the previous revision, I see how the page should look; however, there is nothing in the Page History that suggests the change to the current revision. I fixed this by retrieving the content from the previous revision and creating a new revision -- but now the middle (previously current) revision looks normal?!
(For the record, my name's on revision that had content missing, so unless I was trying to sabotage my own work this doesn't make sense.)
When I was looking at the revision with chunks of content missing, I also investigated the .txt and found that it was missing the same content. Since there was nothing in the Page History to reflect this, I'm fairly sure this wasn't done by a user action.
If you have any idea how the .txt files could be changed by TWiki without user input, I'd welcome the suggestions. I have screen shots of this if requested.
(Forgive my lack of Server information. I can supply this information if necessary with a little help from colleagues)
