Question
Ugh, lost all that stuff because I didn't format the name correctly. Please close the screwed-up topic.
Ok, short & sweet. My "ci" check-in command won't work. Even if I delete the
/,v file it always says "permission denied". I'm running on an ISP account in which I can't run the 'chown' command (root only).
testenv always says its running as 'root'. My ISP tells me that its really 'nobody', can't imagine that even matters. Bottom line is that everything is viewable and works up until I "Save", then I get the "permission denied" error.
I've tried modifying the lock name, changing the permissions to 666, deleting the ,v file. Can't make any progress.
Any insight into this?
figured it out - you can close this, my upper directory didn't have the right permissions
