Question
I use image maps (hot spots) to link into sections on the same page.
Selecting the printable view does not correct the image maps link to point to sections in the printable view but points to the original web topic.
The TOC (Table of Contents) on the other hand correctly appends the ?cover=print to the URL and hence links correctly.

Step 1 : See Example Below (refer to Raw View for Code)
Step 2 : Click on image to see browser scroll to the Question
Step 3 : Click on Printable
Step 4 : Click on Question link on the sample Table of Contents and verify page scrolls correctly
Step 5 : Click on Image and verify original page loads
