Discussion and Answer

That depends on the skin used. In the default PatternSkin, the header is defined in twiki/templates/twiki.pattern.tmpl.

The issue has been solved thanks ,Can some one pls tell the modification procedure of LEFT SIDE,i accessed a template WEB LEFTBAR in tiwki.data/twiki but i dont think its correct

Customize the top bar at your TWiki.WebTopBar (global for all webs). Customize the sidebar content in WebLeftBar (in each web)

See also PatternSkinCustomization.
