I've installed
IndigoPerl and have enabled Mod_Perl, but I don't see any performance boost !
I have installed TWiki before a couple of months and installed Indigoperl just two days back, so the problem here is my htdocs forlder is empty .
Is there some code that could set up an alias for htdocs folder to my entire twiki site ? or will it be helpful if I move whole of my Twik root directory into my ../apache/htdocs folder?

Discussion and Answer
I am not familiar with mod_perl on Windows.
On directory structure, if you have a fixed cgi-bin and htdocs tree you basically can move the TWiki directories into to appropriate place:
- move twiki/bin to your cgi-bin enabled directory
- move twiki/pub to your htdocs directory
- keep all other twiki/* in another location, outside cgi-bin and htdocs
- tell twiki/bin/LocalLib.cfg where your twiki/lib is
- tell twiki/bin/LocalSite.cfg where your directories are
