SID-00167: Page that appears after Registration

How can change the contents of the page that is appearing after an user registration...

Usually that page contains something like Thank you for registring.... and so on...

I would like to edit that text... how can I do it?

Hi Peter,

I belive registerconfirm.tmpl and registernotify.tmpl are the default templates for the email notification that you receive after registration !!!
But I'm looking for the webpage that appears once you click the SUBMIT on the registration page.

fyi: that webpage contained the following details

Your personal TWiki topic TestUser1 has been created
(Suggestion: How about uploading your picture to your topic ?) You are also listed in the TWikiUsers topic
