SID-00513: Strange display of the "attach" button

Hello, recently i migrate from TWiki 4.0 to 4.3.1 not without pain! I followed the documentation in the upgrade guide an migrate only the data and slowly tailoring the TWiki like the old ones. Actually i have a working TWiki with all data migrated but there are a few bugs. One of them i cannot resolved is the appearance of the "attach" button. Unlike the "edit" button the "attach" button isn't well displayed, in fact it doesn't look like a button but rather than a link (got a blue underline). I know that when upgrading to new TWiki the templates are modified, but i cannot find where's the problem. Does anyone encounter this problem? Thanks.
