SID-00633: Password reset failed

Hi All

I am getting the following error after some issues with TWIKI, now all the users except 2 cannot access the system, they get the following error

Password reset failed

The entry for user xxxxxxxxxxx was missing in the password system.

Any ideas, as i am completely stuck as to what is cauing this.

The users cannot sign on, rest password or do anything with Twiki.

I have removed user topics and reregistered users, all appears to be okay now.
