SID-00645: Unable to Change Passwords

I am running TWiki-4.1.1. I have the most recent version of LdapContrib installed and configured to authenticate against an Active Directory LDAP tree. I am using the ApacheLdap login manager and have the flag set to allow for changing passwords and LdapUser setup as the password manager.

I am able to login w/o issue but the password change is not working. Is there a known issue with this configuration or am I missing something in the config?
