SID-00915: User Agent for Outgoing Traffic, TWiki-4.1

Hi, I just started customizing and updating a TWiki. The Company uses a proxy and only allows using of GET, HEAD etc with a user agent. So its nice and easy to use the "find more extensions" function under configure with TWiki version 4.3 and later. But with the TWiki 4.1 I'm not able to use it. (and I have to use the 4.1 as well). So I tried to change the Net.pm in a way it is in later versions but I had no luck. I also wasn't really sure what to change because it has not GetExternalResources() like the newer versions.

It would be great if someone knows an answer to that problem, so that I can make it available. Thanks a lot! Carla
