SID-00934: IE7 Browser/CSS Issue

In IE7, the Twiki 5 TopMenuSkin does not show the account/login menu item. The Browser seems to render it, as there is white space in the area where the account/login menu item shold be. Also, when the browser load, you do see the account word, but no images, then the top menu bar seems to cover it up. This happens on our installed Twiki site as well as Twiki.org.
