SID-01096: Consecutive capitals in WikiWord

I'm using Twiki 4.3.1.

Is there any way to make a WikiWord spaceout as

A Time To Live

In other words is there a character that I can put between the "A" and the "T" which will fool Twiki into seeing a "bump" there?
