SID-01404: Where is testenv

According to the Installation instructions, the bin directory is supposed to contain the testenv command but I dont see it in mine. Is there a place I can download it from?

I do not see the images and plugins on my twiki. I have followed the instructions fully but not able to see the images. Please help me with this. Thanks in advance

testenv has been replaced by the configure script ages ago. Where did you find a reference to the testenv script?

It was indicated that testenv is for TWiki versions older than 4.0. I removed the reference to testenv now because pre-4.0 is very old.
