SID-01456: installation on windows 7

Please I have searched round the net to know how to install twiki on window 7 and I couldn't just figure it out. Can somebody please help me with a well explained tutorial on how to do so? I have tried to follow the tutorial on the twiki installation page for twiki with VM (TwikiVM) but it seems to me not well explained. Please give me layman's explanation on this. Thanks.
