Hi all,
i'm afraid i have to bother you again...
I have written the following search on one topic:
%<nop>SEARCH{search="^\%INCLUDE\{\"KeyWord\".*" topic="AnotherTry" scope="text" type="regex" multiple="on" nosearch="on" noheader="on" nototal="on" format="$percntSEARCH{\"$pattern(.*?DRTOPIC=\"(.*?)\".*)\" scope=\"topic\" regex=\"on\" nonoise=\"on\" format=\"$dollarpercntACTION{creator='PaoloGallo' due='05/09/1978' who='$pattern(.*?MAIL=\"(.*?)\".*)@mail.com' state='$dollarpercntCALC{$dollarIF($dollarTIMEDIFF($dollarTIME($dollardate GMT), $dollarTIME(), sec) > $dollarEVAL(0*%<nop>EXPIRY%),open,closed)}$dollarpercnt'}$dollarpercnt The Topic $pattern(.*?DRTOPIC=\"(.*?)\".*) is now out of date and needs to be updated $dollarpercntENDACTION$dollarpercnt $n\"}$nop% $n"}%
which takes some parameters from the topic "AnotherTry" like topic name,email address etc and creates an action for each topic found with a status
open if the topic is older than %<nop>EXPIRY<nop>%,
closed otherwise.
A tipical row in
AnotherTry looks like this:
%<nop>INCLUDE{"KeyWord" section="Table" OWNER="Paolo" BACK_OWNER="" DRTOPIC="MetricsReporting" FRIEND="Metrics" MAIL="paolo.gallo"}<nop>%
The page is rendered correctly and i can see the boxes with the actions,
but no email is sent out. the only noticeble difference with a basic action is that the status field of these are not drop down boxes but they simply say either
open or
closed.
It looks like that even if it graphically looks like an action it is not.
Is anyone aware of a way to modify that search to have the notification sent out?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
p
