How can I limit those who can register to people using company email addresses?

Discussion and Answer
Currently you can't. As a workaround you could lock down the registration page and have user registration performed by admins.
Another option is to propose a solid spec and implement it (or
hire a TWiki consultant to do it for you). There was a proposal with lots of discussion a while back,
FinerGranularityOfEnablingRegistrationBasedOnPatternMatchingEmail.

You could also change the registration page for their email address so that they only enter their email ID, and have some javascript tack your hostname on the end. Or have the javascript validate the entry first, and reject it if it's not acceptable.
