SID-01646: TWIKI Back up restored

Hi, basically someone decided it would be a good idea to delete our TWIKI, we had a back up so tried to put this back in and are now getting a /var/www/twiki/lib/LocalSite.cfg is not writable any ideas?

Make sure twiki/lib/LocalSite.cfg, twiki/data, twiki/pub, twiki/working (recursively) is owned by the webserver user. If you want web based plugin install, make sure everything below twiki is owned by the webserver user.
