So, what product was the Twiki VM built with? I ask because Vmware Workstation 8 cannot deal with the VMX file.

I can't remember which VMware Fusion version I used. In the mean time I got a new Mac.

You first might need to run the files through vmkfstool, see DownloadTWikiVM.
