SID-02178: Publish Plugins

Hello, I was wondering if a topic uses a header and footer topics with template topics to create a fully assembled view of a topic, which will include metadata along with searched for info, if all that information via this plugin could be assembled and displayed as it would be in the actual twiki web? Or if this would be beyond the plugins capabilities.
