SID-02192: Problem with the TWiki installation

We have a trouble

Insecure dependency in sysopen while running with -T switch at /usr/local/share/perl5/CGI/Session/Driver/file.pm line 107.

We enter the wiki clearing the browser cache, but after a while, the wiki breaks

i don't access to the apache logs

I am facing a problem like this since I updated to v6.0.2
