I thought that I'd try and add an app to our TWiki and was following the guide on how to achieve this. Unfortunately, the moment I tried to add a Form to a Template, I found it was missing from the 'More topics action' page.
I am working on an open IEEE sponsored TWiki supporting the develeopment of future revisions of hardware descriptiion languages.
www.eda-twiki.org
The site is running TWiki version TWiki-6.0.2, Sun, 29 Nov 2015, build 29687, Plugin API version 6.02
I've had a look at the question:
- SID-00965
- Attach Forms Button not appearing in Edit Mode
but apart from making sure that the WEBFORMS variable is set, have not found it vey useful.
Any clues as to what might need to be set/checked would be gratefully received.

Discussion and Answer
The WEBFORMS variable is no longer used.
- Make sure your form topic name ends in
*Form
- To add a Form to a template topic, follow the "More topic actions" link at the bottom of a topic, select "Add or Replace Form" and select a form topic. These are topics with names ending in Form that contain a Form Template table.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the info regarding HTML creating forms. I shall have a play with that.
I think that our (recently relocated) TWiki has some configuration problems, because as well as the missing "Add or replace form" option, we also have the "Watch" option missing from the standard menu at the bottom of a page.
I shall try and contact our local support contacts.
