SID-02427: I changed {PubDir} can upload files ,but can't download file

Hi ,peter I need your help ! I uploaded the file after had modified {PubDir} and changed dir(sudo chown -R www-data:www-data {new dir}) 。 when download it ，the prompt is "the requested URL was not found on this server." Is there any problem with my settings？ Thanks！

You also need to change the directory in Apache's configuration: Alias /pub your_new_directory_here.

Uploading is done by TWiki on its own, but for downloading the web server doesn't call TWiki at all!
