SID-02489: reset email received from TWiki does not contain data

That is very strange. If the email goes through it means the email address is correct. The _sendEmail function in TWiki/UI/Register.pm replaces all necessary variables before sending the email. The only thing I can think of is that either the user does not exist, or the template at SVN:templates/mailresetpassword.tmpl has been customized.

Thank you Peter. None of these have been changed and have the correct permissions. The only way I can change the password is on the password file.
