When a user request to reset the password no info is provided (name, temp password, contact)
"Dear
Login name
Your password has been changed to .
Please visit to change your password to something more memorable for you.
If you have any questions, please contact ."
Thanks

Discussion and Answer
That is very strange. If the email goes through it means the email address is correct. The
_sendEmail function in
TWiki/UI/Register.pm replaces all necessary variables before sending the email. The only thing I can think of is that either the user does not exist, or the template at
SVN:templates/mailresetpassword.tmpl
has been customized.

Thank you Peter. None of these have been changed and have the correct permissions. The only way I can change the password is on the password file.
