SID-02508: Paypal link on Twiki VM page is broken

Hi -- I was going to download the latest version of the TWiki VM, but the paypal link is broken. I'm trying to use the link on the page, https://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/DownloadTWikiVM

Let me know when you get it fixed and I'll throw you guys some money. I've been using a twiki website for over 20 years.
