Question

I want to pull up a new browser window from a link on my TWiki. I can do that OK but I want to have the new second window open up with smaller dimensions so that the previous window can be seen below. I've tried different places to insert the pixel dimensions but no luck so far. The window keeps opening up full size. Any clues?

Here is the code I'm using at the moment

<a target="BabelFish" onclick="return launchWindow ('%TWIKIWEB%','BabelFish')"
href="%SCRIPTURLPATH%/view%SCRIPTSUFFIX%/%TWIKIWEB%/BabelFish"> > Translate a page</a>

Answer

As far as I know, you have to open the window with javascript. Try <a href ... onclick="window.open ('sesame.html', 'newWin', 'scrollbars=yes,status=yes,width=300,height=300')" ...

Thanks Matt. Was hoping I could avoid Javascript :-).
