Question

Is there a way, or where does one switch the attachments "Show Attachments(x)" feature on/off. Maybe that will make me find what is going on.

Somehow it has disappeared/appears depending on the skin. I installed skin quickmenu, there it is shown, but does not work. Switching back to pattern skin, makes it disappear. Even with the skin=pattern at the end of the Url (of that same page).

It looks like the QuickMenuSkin template gives 2 tables (a header and the rest) in stead of one. I have the same problem with this skin.

This is a confusing time for this feature:

  • Normally this can be found in templates/attachtables.pattern.tmpl
  • This is temporarily removed because of performance issues on IE (being worked on)
  • It will probably be removed forever because quite some people cannot find their attachments anymore, but it will be documented how to put it back
  • QuickMenuSkin uses old TwistyContrib code, so it doesn't work there anymore in the current version. Update: patch available in QuickMenuSkinDev.

If you want to upgrade TwistyPlugin - or have upgraded already - please see UpgradingTwisty for an easy bundle upgrade package.
