where is $siteWebTopicName used?

$siteWebTopicName is defined in TWiki.cfg but I can't find out where it is used. What is this variable for?

This is currently not used. Was planned for site mirroring.

I suggest a comment saying something like =#not currently used; planned for site mirring. See TWiki:Codev/xxxxx= be added to the file.
