Answer

Create a new topic: You start by editing an existing topic, i.e. this one here. Enter a new WikiWord, i.e. ThisIsOne, or ThisIsAnotherOne. Notice the question mark after the words. This is an indication that the topic does not yet exist. Click on the question mark and you will be in edit mode of the new topic. Enter text, preview and save, and you are done.
