Question
I have a Topic parent that has 40 topic children. Is it possible to reparent the 40 children all at once? When I delete the topic parent, all of the children dissapear & it appears the only way to reparent them is one by one, which would be a tedious process once my wiki becomes even larger.
Thank you for your time!

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
If you want to reparent the topics to an existing topic you could save the content of the existing topic, delete the existing topic, rename the actual parent to the existing topic (this will update the META:TOPICPARENT field in the children) and restore the saved content.
If you want to reparent to a new topic rename the actual parent to the new topic name, delete it and create it again (to dispose of the previous revisions).

This is a very good one, qualifying itself for the FAQs!
