Question

I am trying to setup WYSIWYG on twiki3 installation. After installing the WysiwygPlugin and its dependencies, when I browse to my main page I see this error:

Software error:

Undefined subroutine &TWiki::Func::registerTagHandler called at /var/www/html/twiki/lib/TWiki/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin.pm line 81.

Not surprisingly, I dont see a registerTagHandler sub routine in Func.pm on twiki3 installation.

This sub routine is available in Func.pm on twiki4 installation.

Tried using different old versions of the plugin, but I see a call to registerTagHandler in all the WysiwygPlugin.pm modules in the initPlugin itself.

Please advice..

I thought that the plugin changed to TWiki-4 only - so one of the older attachments should contain the Cairo ones - I suspect that the one from September 2006 ( http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/attach/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin?filename=WysiwygPlugin.zip&revInfo=1 ) should be ok?

http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin?rev=40 is one of the last revisons that work on the Cairo.

How can I download rev 40 ? On the page (link above) I can still only download the newest version.

Ah, the attachment link does not point to the older attachment of that time. OK, so r40 is 2006-01-24, go to "manage" of the attachment, see what rev is near that date. http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/viewfile/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin?filename=WysiwygPlugin.zip;rev=19 is rev 19 of the attachment dated 2006-01-26.
